Everything. With a single point of contact, we can help you with accommodation, entertainment, tours, transport, dining and anything else you might need. From a makeup artist for your wedding day, a tailor to make those last minute alterations to the grooms suit, help to obtain a special gift, make restaurant reservations, arrange a babysitter, book a hotel, train or concert ticket. Whatever you need to ensure you have a great visit, we'll do it for you. We can be at your side as your assistant, or discreetly manage everything from afar. The choice is yours.

Hotel research and bookings

If you book a hotel through the Internet or a travel agency you take potluck, you have to rely on visitor reviews, and not someone you know and trust. We know the facilities and neighbourhoods of all the hotels we recommend. Let us know your preferences and we will find you a hotel that suits your taste, budget and needs.


Restaurant reservations

Italian food is fantastic, but a bad choice of restaurant can be disappointing. Maybe your guests would like a taste of home after eating at so many great Italian eateries? Just let us know your requirements and we can recommend and even book the most suitable ones for you. Lunch or dinner reservations, breakfast and brunch, we can even provide you with a list of bars and lounges close to your hotel. For group reservations, we have negotiated special prices in selected restaurants.


Tourist interpreters

We’re also interpreters for individuals and groups travelling in Italy. We can translate in hospitals and other public services, help find information via the web or in person, or deal with phone calls for non-Italian speakers.


Tickets and entertainment

Whether you’re interested in visiting a museum, a historical site, the theatre, opera, dance, musical or sporting event, we can provide you with the best tickets including those that allow you to 'skip the line'. We purchase the tickets and send them via email if possible or deliver them to you in Italy. If you’re making an evening of it, we can also arrange for you to be picked up before or after the event and even book you a restaurant.


Guides

If a visitor needs a guide for a city tour or a museum visit we can find one anywhere in Italy. We remind you we only work with licensed guides.


Assistance

When you’re at home you know where to go to buy a unique gift for someone, or perhaps some flowers to say thank you. When you’re on a trip with limited free time it can be difficult. Never fear, we can run any kind of errand anywhere in Italy. Please call us or send us an email with your request.
