  • Upon arrival at Milan airport, collect your luggage and meet your program logistics coordinator, who will be with your group from arrival until departure

  • Coordinator will conduct an informal program introduction and orientation coordinator meeting, including a brief overview of the program itinerary, information

REQUEST
12 month before your extimated departure, teachers share your preferred dates, group size, and academic goals. We then design a customized itinerary aligned with curriculum needs.
TRAVEL DESIGN
In 2-3 months, we craft (and eventually adjust) your customized itinerary, refine learning objectives, and align the program with your curriculum needs.
ADVANCE PAYMENT & DOCUMENTATION
After 4 months from the request, you submit the advance payment and provide required documents: university sealed letter, rooming and passport lists, student details.
PRE-DEPARTURE PREPARATION
2-3 months before travel, you hold parent meetings and prepare your group, supported by our materials and guidance.
ARRIVAL IN ITALY
